He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Summy and Dolores Summy (Dunbar); and his siblings, Kevin Summy and Karla Day. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Summy of Earlham; his children, Stephanie Raber (Eric) and Chad Summy (Sara); his grandchildren, Charlie Summy, Lindsey Raber, Sophia Summy and Elsie Summy; his siblings, Terry Summy (Helen) and Kay Bartelt; and his siblings-in-law, Lorraine Summy and Fred Day. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
