He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Coulter and Orpha Myrle Coulter (Hadley); and his sister Martha Mendenhall. He is survived by: his sister Eloise Maxson; his wife Marilyn; his children, Eldonna of Earlham, Juanita of Earlham and Lance Coulter of Earlham; his granddaughter Emma Marilyn Klocke (Mitchell) of Indianola; and his brother Marvin Coulter (Melanie) of Redfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
