He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Marvel Elwood and Phyllis Elwood (Butz); his sister Arlene; his nephew Scotty Joe Mosher; his brother Elwood; and his brother-in-law Doug Mosher.
He is survived by: his children, Cody Elwood of Eagle Grove, Kaitlyn Elwood DeLaTorre (Hector) of Eagle Grove and Kelsey Eittreim (Tim Johnson) of Eagle Grove; his grandchildren, Taylan, Landen, Cayden, Caylee, Lorenzo, Orlando, Evaleia, Hazel, Jazlyn, Aubree, Carson, Delaney and Bentley; his sister Carolyn Mosher of Algona; his nephews, Brian and Cory Mosher; and his niece Duann Elwood.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Depot Convention Center (220 Railroad Ave, Eagle Grove, IA 50533).
