He is survived by: his parents, Keith Dolan and Shirley Dolan (Crovisier); his former wife Deb Smith; his spouse Shelly Mohr; his friends, Ronnie Davis, Mark McCollough and Chuck Elberg; his son Jacob Dolan of Eagle Grove; his brother Mark Dolan (Denise); his grandchildren, Axton Schaumburg-Dolan and Melenah Dolan; and his niece Madison Dolan.
