She is survived by: her children, Jeff Chapman (Danna) of Boone, Chris Chapman (Pam) of Ankeny and Mary Beth Hammen (Edward) of Clarion; her grandchildren, Sarah, Cody Ray, Sara, Scott (Amber), Shane (Rhaea), Matthew, Samantha and Meghan (Jeremiah); and her great grandchildren, Autumn, Destiny, Tanner, Alec, Aiden, Brielle, Wesley and Wyatt.
