He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Jacobson and Betty Jacobson (Losee); his wife Nancy Case; and his brother-in-law Tommy Case. He is survived by: his children, Brad A. Jacobson (Julie) and Jennifer Jacobson; his grandchildren, Asher, Isla and Evelyn; his sister Sandi Butt (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, R. Scott Case (Nancy), Jeff Desen and Tamy McBeth.
