Jerry A. Slawson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2024, at the age of 75, Jerry A. Slawson of Eagle Grove, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jerry leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jerry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Slawson and Marquerite Slawson (Culver). He is survived by: his wife Aleta Slawson; his sons, Scotty Slawson and Jerry Allen Slawson II; and his sister Evelyn Sanders of Des Moines. He is also survived by two stepsons; two grandchildren and many other family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the West Lawn Cemetery (2897 Racine Ave, Lehigh, IA 50557).
