He was predeceased by: his parents, John Halverson and Inga Halverson (Twedt); his siblings, Hilda, Olga, Joe and Roger; and his siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Halverson, Arlis Sorensen, Karen Evans, Vicki Reyna, Bud Sorensen, Don Sorensen, Kent Sorensen and Rich Reyna.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen Dee Sorensen; his sons, Mark (Renee) and Steve (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Daniel (Kelsey) and Hillary Nolan (Bradley); his siblings, Irene Olson (Vince) and Don Halverson (Doryce); and his sisters-in-law, Addie Halverson and Holly Upchurch. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
