She was predeceased by: her parent Sammy Hook. She is survived by: her mother Caryl De Hook; her husband Rodney Schlotfelt; her siblings, Jim De Hook and Debbie Walshire; and her brother-in-law Lonnie Schlotfelt (Teresa) of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
