He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Miller and Wilma Miller (Misel); and his siblings, Dale Miller, Caroline Newman and Donna Dabler.
He is survived by: his wife Debi; his son David (Heather); his grandson Milo; his daughter Melanie (Jodie Schult); his brothers, Lyle of Mesa, AZ and Eldon of Anoka, MN; his siblings-in-law, Joan Strausser, Jim Newman of Williamsburg, IA and Kathy (Dan) Folkman; and his mother-in-law Marianne Ocheltree of Williamsburg, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
