With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rae N. Freet of Dysart, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on December 2, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond E. Murphy and Frances M. Smith Murphy; and her siblings, Thomas Murphy, Mike Murphy, Nora Maher and Pat Cole.

She is survived by: her children, Melanie Johnson (Brian) of Shell Rock and Matthew Freet (Amanda) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Elle Wilkinson (Matthew), Taylor Johnson (Brittany Holzbach) and Kendahl Freet; and her siblings, John Murphy (Deb) of Waterloo and Coleen Alcomendas (Diome) of Vancouver, Wash..
