She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Haack and Mildred Haack (Wignall); her husband Stanley Novotny; her sisters, Myrna and Virginia; and her sister-in-law Gladys Babor.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Svoboda (Clair) of Clutier, Beverley Colvin (Warren) of Dysart, Cheryl Novotny Gibney of Cedar Rapids, Bob Novotny (Karen) of Bellevue and Shellee Bailey (Lance) of Johnston. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
