She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Degner and Bertha Degner (Nelson); her husband John Foster; her son Randy Foster; her grandson Ronnie Tharp; and her siblings, Herbert, Homer, Dean, Gerald, Billy and Carol Jean Degner.
She is survived by: her children, Don Foster of Tama and Linda Felts (Ed) of Dysart; her grandson Justin Tharp (Danielle) of Vinton; her great grandchildren, Nicole, Daniel John, Quincy, Sophia and Raelynn; and her great great grandchildren, Aiden, Eva and Everly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
