She is survived by: her sons, Tommie, Larry Kubik of Ankeny, Ronald Kubik (Ilse) of Traer and Tom Kubik of Clutier; and her sister Ida Kosnar of Traer. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
