She is survived by: her children, David C. Dvorak (Carol) of Lafayette, Colorado and Camilla Dostal (Marvin) of Clutier; her grandchildren, Bobbette Burchfield, Brent Dvorak (Tina), Carey Gooch (Scott), Britt Dvorak, Craig Dostal (Carrie), Brad Dostal (Angie) and Kevin Dostal (Janet); and her sisters-in-law, Pauline Dvorak of Cedar Rapids, Mary Ann Mathews of Marietta and Mary Dvorak of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
