He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Mask (Dannie Knuckey) of North Liberty and Jacob Mask (Macy Helle) of Denver, Colorado; his siblings, Jeri Splittgerber, Bruce Mask and Joel Mask (Julie); his grandchildren, Haylie, Hayden and Andrew Mask; and his brother-in-law Larry Kopriva.
