He is survived by: his wife Mary Pins; his daughters, Melissa Schnorrenberg (Dave) of Eldridge, IA, Michelle Humiston (Ben) of Bondurant, IA and Amanda Pins of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Karly, Claire, Lydia, Liam Schnorrenberg, Finley and Leo Humiston; his siblings, Kathleen Telger of Fort Worth, TX, Mary Esther Walters (Lee) of Maple Grove, MN, Betty Flores (Ray) of Rocklin, CA and Chris Pins (Sharon) of Texas; and his in-laws, Joyce Pins of Merrillville, IN, Ken Kramer (Jean) of New Port Richey, FL, Kay Steffen of Dubuque and Ron Kramer (Renee) of Coralville.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Kramer Funeral Home (750 12th Ave SW, Dyersville, IA 52040). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Basilica (104 3rd St SW, Dyersville, IA 52040). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Saint Francis Cemetery (415 8th St NW, Dyersville, IA 52040).
