He is survived by: his wife Delores Putz; his children, Diane Koppes (Dan Recker) of Holy Cross, Dan Koppes of Cascade, Alan Koppes of Antioch, IL, Dale Koppes of Dyersville, Joyce Polfer (Allen) of Farley and Cathy Koppes of Dyersville; his granddaughter Nicole Polfer (Jared McCombs) of Farley; his stepgrandchildren, Allen Polfer (Amy) of Robins, Cora, Silas and Thomas; his siblings, Merlin Koppes of Cascade, Carl Koppes (Donna) of Monmouth, Paul Koppes (Sandy) of Monmouth, Phyllis Ludwig (Marv) of Cuba City, WI, Donna Schewe (Jim) of Oxford Junction and Marilyn Staskal of Maquoketa; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Betzner (Jim) of Cascade, Marlene Koppes of Cascade, Judy Koppes of Monmouth and Brenda Koppes of Monmouth.
