He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Kruse; his children, Desiree, Kevin, Deon and Tory; his brother Kerry Kruse; and his granddaughter Isabella Miller.
He is survived by: his mother Rose Mary Kruse (Elgin) of Bankston; his girlfriend Donna Kramer of Dyersville; his daughters, Dawn Olson (Greg) of Dubuque, Kendra Miller (Christian) of West Union and Kayla Young (Nathan) of Indianola; his grandchildren, Kylee Langel (Jordan) of Dyersville, Kirsten Schroeder (Devin Ament) of New Vienna, Dylan Schroeder of Dubuque, Felicity, Silas Miller of West Union, Kevin, Liam, Elysium and Carter Young of Indianola; his great grandchildren, Audrey Ament of New Vienna, Boone and Kroy Langel of Dyersville; and his siblings, Karl Kruse of Bankston, Kelly Kruse (Lisa Hefley) of Nashville, TN, Karen Lehman (Ken) of Lakeville, MN, Pam Goedken (Mike) of Dyersville and Phil Kruse (Shelley) of Farley.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Clements Parish Hall, Bankston, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations can be made to the University of Madison lung transplant unit in Kevin's name.
