He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Deutmeyer; his children, Chris Prier (Theresa) of Dyersville, Sherry Kronlage (Dave) of Dyersville, Randy Prier (Brenda) of Cedar Rapids, Tammy Gassmann of Olathe, KS, Rob Prier (Lori) of Norwalk and Jayme Prier of Dyersville; his grandchildren, Anna, Lauren Prier, Matt Kronlage (Hailey), Callie Budden (Joe), Stephanie Manternach (Drew), Joshua, Josiah, Jacob Prier, Allyson, Justin Gassmann, Ellie, Eli and Jaxson Prier; his great grandchildren, Ridley Kronlage, Arden Budden and Hugo Manternach; his siblings, Germaine Deutmeyer of Dyersville, Ed Prier (Eileen) of Dyersville, Kay Eilers (Ambrose) of Monticello, Charlie Prier (Jan) of Dyersville, Willie Prier (Bonnie) of Dubuque and Loras Prier (Mary Ellen) of Scottsdale, AZ; and his parents-in-law, Eunice Prier, Frank Deutmeyer (Joy), Joyce Brennan (Bill), Iva Ungs, Carol Vorwald, Fritz Deutmeyer (Bonnie) and Kenny Deutmeyer (Margie).
