Hoffmann of Dyersville, Iowa, born in Manchester, Iowa, who passed away on April 11, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Hoffmann and Odeil Hoffmann (Urbain); and his nephew Zachary Taylor. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sally Staveley; his girlfriend's daughter Sara Soto; his brothers, John Hoffmann (Linda) of Earlville and Carl Hoffmann of Cedar Rapids; and his parents-in-law, Paul Taylor (Sue) of Zwingle and Ann Wood of Mason City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
