He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Goralczyk of Dyersville; his sons, Chris Chase of Chicago, IL and Matthew Chase (Laura) of Epworth, IA; his grandson Jonathan Duby; and his siblings, Kimberly Chase-Sitzman (Jerry), Trish Ulyatt (Jason), Michael Chase, James Chase and Timothy Chase (Karyn).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reiff Funeral Home (115 E Main St, Epworth, IA 52045). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
