She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Franklin Rice and Mary Rice (Hynd); her husband Junior Hart; her family Christian; her children, Jeffery Loquist (Sara) of Springfield, OR and Amy Hart; her grandchildren, Paxton Loquist (Charlie O'Brien), Chance Loquist, Madelyn Frieden of Springfield, OR, Brett Boling (Matt) of Groton, CT, Chaibiya Tanji of Princeton, IA and Baie Hart; and her siblings, Jeffrey Rice (Vicki) of Pt Byron, IL, Kathy Hudnall (Les), Milan, Steve Rice, Moline, Cheri Harris and Randy.
