She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Geest and Josephine Geest (Woods); her spouse Dallas E. Wakefield Sr.; and her brothers, Jeff and Julius.
She is survived by: her sons, Sonny, Jody and Tim; her grandchildren, Samantha, Conner, Grant, Renee (William), Ryan, Natalie (Phillip), Carter, Dallas III and Stephanie; her sisters-in-law, Kit Geest (Jeff) of Grand Jct and Kirsten Geest (Julius) of Iowa City; and her nieces and nephews, Casey (Dusty), Gina (Tanner), Lain (Angelina), Sue (Tim), Kylan (Eric), Cody (Derrick), Michelle and Terry Swan. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Clayton County Conservation Board (C.C.C.B.) in her memory.
