He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Green; his children, Mary Ruhlow (Rene) of Moscow, IA, Holly Shafer (Chilton) of Wellston, MI, Cari Klemme (Jeff) of Davenport and Mick Henderson (Ruth) of Durant; his grandchildren, Brandy, Ivan Patrick, Samantha, Travis and Drew; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Savannah, Alex, Hadley and Paisley. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren.
