He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cawiezell and Ora Cawiezell (Welsch); his brothers, Earl Cawiezell and George Cawiezell; his niece Sharon Morgan; and his nephew Norman Cawiezell.
He is survived by: his spouse Eunice; and his sons, William Cawiezell (Jill) of New Era, Robert Cawiezell (Jill) of Pleasant Prairie and John Cawiezell (Samantha Solomon) of Muscatine. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
