Dennis Marxen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2022, at the age of 75, Dennis Marxen of Durant, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Marxen and Eleanor Marxen (Marten); and his brothers, Wayne and Gary. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Jimmy Carson (Kelli Murphy) of Fort Madison, Betty Lynn Marxen of East Moline, Pam Howard of Bennett and Terry Czarnetzki (Jon) of Sunbury, Iowa; his grandchildren, Levi, Patricia, Shelby and Bryce; and his sisters, Judy Sloane of Cedar Rapids and Jeannette Furness (Gene) of Bettendorf. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to a charity of the donors choice that benefits Veterans.
