He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Price and Erma Price (Nelson); his wife Barb; and his siblings, Donna Ehnle and Dale Price.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Schlapkohl (Ken) of Corsicana, Texas, Russell Price (Noreen) of Durant and Stanley Price (Karen) of Durant; and his siblings-in-law, Frances Price of Kewanee, Illinois and Roy Ehnle of Bradford, Illinois.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
