He is survived by: his wife Joan "Butch" Proske; and his children, James Lilienthal (Terri) of New Liberty, John Lilienthal (Kerri) of Bourbonnais, IL, Robert Lilienthal (Taci) of Durant and Amy Lilienthal (Bryan "Ziggy" Ziegenhorn) of Durant. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Dale's memory.
