She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Pate and Irene Pate; and her brothers, Robert and Mike Pate. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Jason Tooley of Kentucky, Michael Smith of Maysville and Katie Benton (Brenda Carter) of Muscatine; her grandchildren, Hailey, Jesse, Wyatt and Morgan; her siblings, Marilyn Horner of Bellevue and Roger Pate of Bettendorf, Iowa; and her pet Zeeva.
Memorials will be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her memory.
