We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2023, at the age of 90, Caroline J. Smith of Durant, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Wriedt and Edna Wriedt (Danielsen); her husband Harold H. Smith; and her brothers, Leonard and Lester Wriedt.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold Smith (Julie) of Moscow, IA, Darrell Smith (Barbara) of Durant, IA, Gerald "Skeet" Smith (Cindy) of Wilton, IA and Loren "Pete" Smith (June) of Wilton, IA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
