He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hawn and Lola Hawn (Jones); his wife Phyllis Hawn; and his siblings, Ardith Miller, Pat and Jack Hawn.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Hawn of Mesa, Brad Hawn (Terri) of Chino Hills, Jim Hawn (Sandra) of Menasha and Chris Hawn of Byron Center, Michigan; and his sisters, Audrey Baber of Omaha and Lorraine Ehlert of Cambridge, Iowa. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
