He is survived by: his father Roger Chase of Dunlap; his brothers, Josh Chase (Kim) of Omaha, Andy Chase (Bryan) of Old Town and Jake Chase of Dunlap; and his nieces and nephews, Charli Ray and Milo Julian. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
