She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ralph Harvey and Priscilla Catherine Harlow (Conrad); her grandparents, John and Mary Conrad; her brothers, Richard, Paul and Clarance; her husbands, Ernest Austin and Donald Norton; her daughter Desiree Pickett; her child-in-law Neige; her grandchildren, Brodi and Maliah; her niece Cynthia Dillehay (Jeremiah); her brother Bernard Harlow (Maxine) of Edward, Missouri; and her sisters-in-law, Marjorie Harlow of Denison and Bertha Harlow of Melcher. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
