He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Paul and Norma Sullivan (Mitchell); and his brother Leo A. Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughter Josie Mefferd of Council Bluffs; his grandchildren, Omar, Christian and Keyshia Mefferd; and his siblings, Bart Sullivan (Lisa) of Dunlap, Joe Sullivan (Beth) of Dunlap, Dave Sullivan of Dunlap, John Sullivan (Dede) of Dunlap, Dan Sullivan of Hillsboro and Jean (Wayne Beam) of Ankeny, Iowa. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
