He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frank and Clara Frank (Steyskal); his wife Shirley Krajicek; his great grandchild Riley Christopher Beeck; and his brothers, Joe, Leonard and Donald Krajicek.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Krajicek (Carole) of Logan, Margaret "Peggy" Stessman of Lebanon, Paula (Brian Heffernan) of Dunlap and Adam Krajicek (Geana) of Carter Lake, Iowa; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
The family request memorials to the Dunlap Public Library in lieu of flowers.
