He was predeceased by : his parents, Sam Nielsen and Laura Nielsen (Boggs); his wife Mildred McKnabb of Dunlap; and his siblings, Mervin, Floyd, Delmer, Marion and Nadine Holtz.
He is survived by : his daughters, Judy Schoenherr (Jude), Janice Hansen (Ivan) and Joan Heimerman (Lynn). He is also survived by three daughters; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four step great-grandchildren; three step great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
