He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Patrick and Elizabeth Sullivan (Hawn); his wife Sharon; his daughter Lori; his son-in-law Jeff Cable; and his siblings, Joe Sullivan, Dodie Drahota, Jim Sullivan, Mike Sullivan, Leo Paul Sullivan, Robert Sullivan, Sheral Sullivan and Clara Goblirsch.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin John Sullivan of Dunlap, Mary Gail (Charles Matherly) of Omaha, Timothy Reagan Sullivan of Omaha and Mark Edward Sullivan (Linda) of Woodbine, Iowa. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
