He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Lipichok and Mary Lipichok (Novak); and his wife Shirley Lipichok. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Ann (James Mumm) of Dunlap, Linda Rae (Bill Kirk) of Dunlap and Joseph David Lipichok (Lynn Webb) of Norfolk, Nebraska; and his sisters, Mary Busse of Omaha, Neb and Ann Nedlic of Spain. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
