He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kirk and Hazel Kirk (Judd); and his sisters, Ruth Ann Casperson and Nancy Kirk. He is survived by: his friend Jim; his wife Shirley Kirk of Dunlap; and his children, Bill Kirk (Linda) of Dunlap, Kathy (Harold Melby) of Dunlap and Shelly (Lee Whitmer) of Boone, Iowa. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
