She is survived by : her children, John Hoffmann (Karen) of Dunlap, Joe Hoffmann (Stannis) of Dunlap, Judi Schmitz (Neil) of Westphalia and Jeff Hoffmann (Melanie) of Elkhorn, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Justin, Tyler Hoffmann, Kyle Schmitz, Sophia Hoffmann, Claire Schmitz, Mason and Beau Hoffmann; and her siblings, Jude Fitzpatrick of Des Moines, Joe Ray Fitzpatrick of Dow City, John Fitzpatrick (Beverly) of Hot Springs and Jim Fitzpatrick (Nimet) of Sun City, Arizona. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
