It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jane Davie (Dunlap, Iowa), born in Soldier, Iowa, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Smith and Nellie Jane Smith (Bolton); her husband Dover; and her sons, John Donald and Mitchell Jay.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald 'Dover Davie; her children, Maria Davie, Laurie (Larry Klein) and Matt Davie (Dawn); her daughter-in-law Marilyn Davie; and her sister-in-law Myra (Gene Peterson). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Dunlap Fire and Rescue Department, Friends of the Library or the Dunlap Meal Site Building Fund.
