She is survived by: her parents, Sarah Lembke and Chad Gibbs; her brothers, Elliott, Grayson and Tucker Lembke; and her grandparents, Carissa Summerfield of Dunlap and Jeff Bevar (Brooke Hoover) of Dayton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fouts Funeral Home- Dunlap (500 Court St, Dunlap, IA 51529). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location.
