She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Leslie and Clara Leslie (Mitchell); her husband Guilford Chase; her daughter Alice Marie Campbell; her brothers, Paul and Jesse Leslie; her children-in-law, Stephen Oliver, Charles Cox, Robert Kroll, Betty Lou Chase, Irene Chase and Julie Chase; and her grandson Jon Kasey Chase.
She is survived by: her children, Guilford Byron Chase (Bonnie) of Defiance, Barbara Kay Oliver of Pleasant Hill, Richard Merlyn Chase (Judy) of Sutherlin, Shirley Louise Cox of Moorhead, Keith Gilman Chase of Dunlap, Roger Lynn Chase of Dunlap, Jon Harlan Chase of Nickerson, Neb, Douglas Allen Chase of Woodbine, Steven Lee Chase (Lisa) of Spencer and Rachel Ann Kroll of Dunlap, Iowa; and her siblings, Owen Leslie (Genevieve) of Kansas City, Missouri and Alice Zeller of Des Moines. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
