She was predeceased by: her parents, Addis Donnie Smith and Gertrude Fern Smith (Madison); and her siblings, Dona Crandall, Donald and Richard Smith.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Deneen Healey of Logan, Cristi Zack (Mark) of Missouri Valley, Donald (Ramona) and Charles Crandall of Omaha, Nebraska; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nichole Healey, Joeona Healey, Jacklyn Martin (Jeff), Jessica Crandall, Brenda Sandoval (Simon), Russell Zack and James Crandall (Nichole). She is also survived by relatives, families and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Irwin United Methodist Church (301 Ada St, Irwin, IA 51446). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
