He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sage and Elaine Sage; and his siblings, Eddie Sage, Ethyl Adsit, D. W., Robert Sage and Rosemary Fliss.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Clubine); his children, Eric Sage (DeeAnn), Allen Sage (Cassie) of Dunkerton and Melinda Cartwright (Alexander) of Orlando, Florida; and his brother Tom Sage. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
