Payne; his children, Ashley Tudor (Brittany) of Waverly, IA, Adam (Tudor) and Brooke Tudor of Waterloo, IA; his stepson Teylor Trent of Dunkerton, IA; his grandchild His; and his siblings, Theresa Yakish (Tom) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Kevin Tudor (Heidi), Kim Shonka (Mike) and Cody Wiese (Micki Tudor) of Independence, IA.
