She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hunter and Dorothy Hunter (Colberg); her husband Richard R. Ricklefs; her daughter Desiree Belzer; her son-in-law James Belzer; and her siblings, Donna VanAcker, Verna Cottrell, Melvin Hunter and Marvin Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Sutera (Dan) of Muscatine, William Ricklefs (Kochell) of Dunkerton and Rodney Ricklefs (Linda) of Lake Orion, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Eric Belzer (Jill), Erin Kistler (Mark), Henry Ricklefs (Jace), Rachele Ricklefs, Danielle Ricklefs, Kenzley Ricklefs and Hayden Ricklefs. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
