He is survived by: his wife Marva Dee Cook of Dundee; his children, Jeannie Cook (Mike Kniss) of Vancouver, Merle Cook, Jr. (April), Nashua, John Cook (Joy) of Cedar Rapids and Jim Cook (Jeffrey Cook) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Matt Cook (Ianne Macadangdang), Mitch Cook, Sierra Pauley (Tyler), Brianna Crook (Tryston), Lucas Cook, Jami Cook, Austin Cook and Nathan Bloeser; and his siblings, Sidney Cook, David Cook, Tom Cook, Dale Cook, Miller Mack Hawkins, Mike Hawkins and Daisey Hawkins. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
