She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Coulter and Wanda Louise Coulter (Wright); her husband Eugene Devlin; her grandmother Daycare; her cousin Square Dancing; her children, Wanda Sargent of Strawberry Point, Linda Hahn (Kenny) of Strawberry Point, Craig Devlin (JoDee) of Lamont and Joseph Devlin (Laura) of Lamont; and her siblings, Bill Coulter of Independence, Robert, Kenny Coulter, Betty Conrad, Thermajean Andrews, Wanda Lehrkamp, Mary Horn and Marthalene Tull. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren.
